Trang is the Country Head of Permanent Recruitment, Executive Search and Consulting Services at ManpowerGroup Vietnam where she has been working since 2008. As a passionate professional with in-depth knowledge of recruitment, HR capacity building for clients and partners in various industries, Trang is a trusted HR expert for companies of all scales: from large corporations, multi-national corporations, to small - medium enterprises.

Her hands-on experience focuses on but is not limited to the Banking and Finance, Engineering, ICT and FMCG sectors.  Trang leads Vietnam Recruitment Team in achieving many successes in numerous high volume recruitment projects, and more importantly, many highly satisfied placements of senior candidates for her clients.

Trang acts as main coordinator of Borderless Talent Recruitment team, and Right Management team in Vietnam in which her team meets the high demands from clients to hire foreign experts and provide consultancy in outplacement services for many leading corporations in multiple sectors and industries.

Trang Nguyen holds a BA Degree major in Economics and MBA Degree from La Trobe University.
